What Are Some Good Foods To Reduce Menstrual Craps?

When I get my period it gets really bad, I get dizzy and feel very weak and it’s always very heavy. I become very sick, and my cramps are just terrible.
Are there any foods that may help reduce cramps? I know that when you lose blood you lose iron, so things with lots of iron in them, like red meat, right?

    The blood that you lose during your period is extra blood produced by your body to line the uterus in case of pregnancy and a regular period would not cause anemia or loss of iron. I don’t know any foods, try hot tea, hot bath and crazy as it sounds, exercise actually helps me.
